  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made or clearance products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for details.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

    Email us at Skyliftcar@hotmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

  3. Package the Item
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with all included accessories or documentation.

  4. Ship the Item
    Use a reliable shipping service to return the item to the address provided by our support team. Please include your RMA number on the shipping label.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item after processing your return.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
    • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items
